A younger man with ‘movie star’ looks the attraction between the two is instant and mutual, their relationship developing to friendship and more as James introduces the naive Alex to everything that a loving and complete relationship should be, including things she had never dreamed of, let alone experienced
As the prologue started I found myself crying, that's how I knew that I'd love this book. The way things began between Alex and James seemed perfect, just in tune of what she needed and he knew how to work with that right away.
Every sexual encounter that they had was hot, steamy and yet never stopped being beautiful in a unique way like I've never read before.
The drama that Alex goes through it's very touching, I acually ache for her everytime. The few funny moments shared between Alex and James were refreshing, and the unexpected turn of events at the very last left me amaze.
I can say for sure that Sarah Elizabeth Ashley wrote a masterpiece, an emotional, erotic book that took me by surprise for it's true beauty.
#2 Loving Alex

Her uphill battle continues and reveals more twists and turns whilst she becomes stronger on each step of her journey towards a life full of love and devotion.
Alex and James's relationship has "Blossom" into something really beautiful.
The drama and troubles are still there but at the beginning isn't put out there much stongly, not adding new things to the story.
I loved how things were slow at the first chapter, and eventually at the lasts ones. Giving me, from time to time, to just enjoy the reading about trivial things and forget a little bit about how fu#*ed up things really were.
Eventually things changed and problems happened again, all the while I knew something bad was going to happen, the puzzle pieces starting to get together to get a look to the whole picture.
If I ache for Alex in "Freeing Alex", this time I ache for James. Alex's insecurities and doubts hurt him at some point in the story and I felt for him.
Totally shocked when he popped the "question", but utterly happy. And never losing his touch to make me hot.

#3 Eternally Alex
Love knows no bounds… Love is limitless… Love can overcome all odds.
Alex, now being totally free from the clutches of her abusive ex-husband starts out on married life with the super sexy James. The man who continues to dote on her completely, taking his marriage vows to the limit as he worships her in every way imaginable. Life could not get any better, could it?
Their bliss is stalled as part of James’ past emerges. Someone that he believed did not exist, a part of his life locked firmly away in the back of his mind.
New evil, hungry for revenge on behalf of another and feeling shunned by rejection brings misery and anguish to the duo. But, in true Alex and James style they battle together to protect the perfect life. Their journey is not without sorrow and pain as their encounter with those of a heinous nature proves more than they can handle.
An attack they suffer threatens their very existence together but love will win, leaving them free to fulfil their lives dreams together surrounded by their family they can only grow stronger and stronger.
Took me a while to review this book. Read it three times, that's how much I loved it. The perfect end. Alex and James will forever be in my heart. Thank you so much Sarah Elizabeth Ashley
